LaserFactor laser marking system
Industrial solution for precise marking of metal, nameplates and technical details.
What is the LaserFactor laser marking system?
LaserFactor is an industrial laser marking system designed for permanent marking of metals, plastics, and other materials. It allows for marking serial numbers, QR codes, DataMatrix codes, logos, and identification data, among other things.
The system is delivered as a complete, ready-to-use workstation: mechanics, optics, controls, and software.
We design solutions for real-world production conditions – repeatability, ergonomics, and safety requirements.
The idea behind the LaserFactor system
LaserFactor was created to meet the needs of companies producing short and medium-sized production runs that require reliable marking within an optimized investment budget.
This line of economical laser systems is suitable for smaller production runs, prototyping facilities, and plants requiring durable marking without extensive and costly lines.
The solution was designed based on the experience of Mitegra engineers , who have been building and implementing laser systems in industrial environments for years.
We use only proven, high-quality components with proven reliability to ensure stable operation and process repeatability.
Construction of the LaserFactor system
The system consists of key blocks that are responsible for the marking quality, ergonomics and safety:
A - LaserFactor fiber laser marker
It has appropriate connectors for connecting the enclosure and extraction system.
B - Class 1 enclosure
Closed chamber ensuring complete operator safety.
C - Base with support column
Stable construction with smooth head height adjustment.
D - Control software
Multilingual system for designing and managing marking.
E - Exhaust gas extraction
Monitored filtration ensuring a clean working environment.
The complete set constitutes a safe laser marking station. The device can be used on the production floor without exposing the operator or other workers to operating radiation and the associated hazards. The CE Declaration of Conformity is issued for the “Class 1 Laser Marking Station . “
Laser marking technology - how does the system work?
A laser beam generated by a fiber-optic source is directed onto the material’s surface using a scanning head.
Depending on the parameters set, it is possible to engrave, extrude, or apply contrasting markings.
The process occurs without contact with the material, ensuring high durability and repeatability of the marking.

Safety and compliance with EU standards
The LaserFactor system meets CE requirements and safety standards for laser devices.
Each device comes with a nameplate, technical documentation, and a complete set of markings required on the European market.
